USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Effective Date: June 9, 2025

This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Go Cook Mate, including any associated features, updates, or enhancements (“the Software” or “Go Cook Mate”). By installing or using Go Cook Mate, you (“you” or “user”) agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these terms, do not use or install the Software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting “ACCEPT,” installing, or using Go Cook Mate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

Go Cook Mate may customize your browsing experience, such as altering new tab behavior or default search settings to deliver personalized content, search results, or advertising. These features require internet connectivity and may involve interaction with third-party services or websites, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Go Cook Mate solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Software.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

  • Remove or alter any trademarks, copyright notices, or branding.

  • Use the Software for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

4. Eligibility and Use

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

  • You own or have permission to use the device on which Go Cook Mate is installed.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and this Agreement.

5. Updates

Go Cook Mate may automatically install updates, improvements, or patches. You consent to receive such updates. We may modify or discontinue the Software at any time without notice.

6. No Warranties

Go Cook Mate is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the Software will be free from bugs, viruses, or errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or system failure resulting from your use of the Software.

8. Privacy

Use of Go Cook Mate is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Software, you agree to our privacy practices.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Cook Mate, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your breach of this Agreement.

  • Your misuse of the Software.

  • Any violation of third-party rights caused by your use of the Software.

10. Termination

You may uninstall Go Cook Mate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach this Agreement or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. If material changes are made, we may notify you in advance. Continued use of the Software after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, internet outages, or labor disputes.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding Go Cook Mate. If any section is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
